1. Overview

LTH Cybersecurity provides cybersecurity consulting, assessments, endpoint protection, and related services to organizations. We offer both in-house services and resell fully managed services provided by third-party vendors. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope and Classification

• Services labeled as “Managed” are delivered by third-party providers under a reseller agreement. These managed services are ISO 27001 certified.
• Services labeled as “In-House” are provided directly by LTH Cybersecurity and may not carry ISO certification.
• The classification of each service type is clearly indicated in associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Contract Terms

• All services are subject to a minimum contract length of 12 months unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Early termination requires payment of 50% of the remaining contract balance.
• Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing schedules may apply based on the service plan.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe.
• All invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds and cancellations initiated by the client will incur a 50% payout of the remaining contract balance.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services, onboarding fees, or one-time setup charges.

6. Liability Disclaimer

LTH Cybersecurity makes no guarantees of 100% threat prevention or protection. Our services aim to detect, mitigate, and reduce risk — not eliminate it. We are not liable for damages, losses, breaches, or data compromise resulting from:

• Client misconfiguration or negligence
• User-initiated threats (e.g., phishing, social engineering)
• Zero-day vulnerabilities or external events beyond our control

Under no circumstances shall LTH Cybersecurity, its officers, agents, or resold service partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

7. Support Policy

• Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
• Managed services may offer 24/7 support depending on SLA terms.
• Support methods include email, secure messaging, and scheduled remote sessions.
• Emergency incidents may incur additional charges unless covered by a support retainer.

8. Pricing and Customization

Pricing is determined by the scope of service, product type, package level, organization size, and risk profile. Custom quotes may be provided for high-risk or high-complexity environments.

9. Indigenous Organization Discount

LTH Cybersecurity is committed to supporting Indigenous communities by offering a 7.5% discount on all services and packages to verified Indigenous organizations.

Eligibility requires majority ownership or active control by an individual with valid Indigenous status (e.g., Treaty or Status card) or recognition as an Indigenous band office, nonprofit, or similar entity.

Verification documentation must be submitted and reviewed prior to service initiation. Documentation is collected solely for eligibility verification and is securely deleted immediately after verification.

Discount eligibility is subject to approval, and LTH Cybersecurity reserves the right to deny or revoke the discount if documentation is insufficient or eligibility criteria are not met.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version of these terms.
