LTH Cybersecurity makes no guarantees of 100% threat prevention or protection. Our services aim to detect, mitigate, and reduce risk — not eliminate it. We are not liable for damages, losses, breaches, or data compromise resulting from:

Under no circumstances shall LTH Cybersecurity, its officers, agents, or resold service partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Pricing is determined by the scope of service, product type, package level, organization size, and risk profile. Custom quotes may be provided for high-risk or high-complexity environments.

9. Indigenous Organization Discount

LTH Cybersecurity is committed to supporting Indigenous communities by offering a 7.5% discount on all services and packages to verified Indigenous organizations.

Eligibility requires majority ownership or active control by an individual with valid Indigenous status (e.g., Treaty or Status card) or recognition as an Indigenous band office, nonprofit, or similar entity.

Verification documentation must be submitted and reviewed prior to service initiation. Documentation is collected solely for eligibility verification and is securely deleted immediately after verification.

Discount eligibility is subject to approval, and LTH Cybersecurity reserves the right to deny or revoke the discount if documentation is insufficient or eligibility criteria are not met.
