OS requirements
The LTH Shield agent installs with a one-line command and currently supports Debian-family Linux only.
- Supported: Ubuntu 20.04 / 22.04 / 24.04 LTS, Debian 11 / 12
- Required: root (sudo), systemd, outbound HTTPS to the LTH Shield API
- Uses apt packages: Python 3, fail2ban, UFW; Snort installed when available (Pro / Shield IPS)
- Not supported yet: RHEL, CentOS, Alma, Rocky, Fedora, Amazon Linux
